LANDLORD & TENANT (Lease Advisory)
Breakey & Nuttall will advise and act on behalf of either Landlords or Tenants in rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears of leases. We provide rental valuations and can also advise in connection with dilapidation issues and schedules of condition.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
For selected clients, we will offer Property Management services to the Landlords of commercial property ranging from complete management through to consultancy management. We will be happy to provide a free consultation to advise on a portfolio of properties or a single property to discuss service charge or insurance premium recovery or any other matters.
